HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Simply find your packing slip or order confirmation email and complete our simple online return form. If there was a problem with your order we will make it right so please contact us first before requesting a return.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Please send your package and original packing slip (if possible but not required) with your new selection to: Sunglass Savings ATTN: Returns Department - 4292 Tacoma Trace, Suwanee, GA 30024. We'll get to work processing your return/exchange right away!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We will start processing your return request as soon as we receive your item(s). We will inspect all returns to ensure your item(s) are in their original condition and do not show any signs of use. We'll send you an email when your return is complete. Please keep in mind that refunds normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
You can exchange your item(s) up to 30 days from the purchase date. All exchanges must be in their original condition and show no signs of use.
We will ship out your exchange as soon as we receive your original item(s). Please note that all exchanges must be in their original condition. No exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use.
